Q: How fast can you get us an estimate and start?

We provide a baseline square-footage quote or a remote photo and video quote the same day. If an on-site visit is needed, we guarantee an estimator on the property within 1 to 2 days. Once booked, our target to complete the job and make it market-ready is 10 days.

Q: What paint do you use for this program?

For the most competitive pricing, we standardize. Interiors use Sherwin-Williams ProMar 400 and exteriors use Sherwin-Williams A-100. Both deliver dependable coverage and a clean, professional finish suited to real estate timelines.

Q: What sheens do you recommend for a listing?

Flat on walls and ceilings, because it absorbs light and hides minor imperfections, settlement lines, and surface flaws. Semi-gloss on doors and baseboards for durability and a crisp look.

Q: Is it cheaper to keep the same color or change it?

A same-color refresh is almost always the best price, and it skips the HOA approval step on exteriors. Changing from bold colors (deep reds, blues, oranges) to a neutral requires extra priming, which adds material and labor cost.

Q: How do you handle stains and wall or ceiling repairs?

We patch and repair surfaces (from moving scuffs, nail holes, or old water-leak damage) as part of prepping the home for fresh paint. Heavier stains and significant repairs can't be quoted accurately by square footage or photo, so we price those on-site and treat them as a clear, separate cost.

Q: What's your touch-up policy?

All wall touch-ups are painted corner to corner. About 90% of the time, fresh paint over an aged wall won't match because of curing and UV fade, so we don't spot-paint one section. We paint the full wall so it looks seamless for open houses. Standalone doors and baseboards are the exception.

Q: Do you have a minimum?

Yes. The Market-Ready Program requires a minimum of $600, which covers mobilization, professional crew labor, and overhead.

Q: Do we need HOA approval first?

For a same-color refresh, no. We can start immediately. For a color change, HOA approval has to be secured before the 10-day clock starts.

Q: What are the payment terms?

50% down at booking to hold your fast-track slot, balance due on completion. For sellers with tight cash flow, Wisetack lets them paint now and pay later.

Q: Does a lower price mean shortcuts on prep?

Never. Even at this rate, we never skip surface prep, power washing, or crack patching. A budget refresh should still look flawless on listing day and reflect well on you.
